Artworks and content created for Swedish artist Noak Hellsing's debut EP 'YESTERYEAR'.
Aside from the main artwork for the EP, we had several alternate artworks as well that was used as social media content and press imagery.
I wanted to create kind of dreamlike environment, or more specifically 'liminal spaces' – eerie and empty spaces, often contained within architecture to illustrate the feeling of being in an 'in-between'. These places often serve as a representation of a transition between two worlds, or emotional states. A place of uncertainty and ambiguity, referring to the main themes of Noaks EP.
